How does the ACA currently effect the affordability/availability of birth control? I am able to get my birth control with a zero copay every month but am unsure if a Trump presidency means that will go away.

The ACA requires most insurance plans to cover birth control without any out of pocket cost to the woman. If the ACA were repealed or the Administration makes a change in policy, this requirement would go away, and you, unfortunately, could again have to pay out of pocket for birth control. You may not see an impact immediately if there is a change in law or policy so it will be important to contact your insurer to understand what you have to pay.
