A new and improved Spot On™ period and birth control tracker app is here! We’re pretty pumped — especially since it includes some of your most requested updates:

  • Customization — add your own Mood, Body, and Action items! Input a custom emoji and description, and enable or disable whichever items you want. Track your trends in Stats View.
  • Calendar events — see important events like starting a new pill pack, ring, and patch pack in the calendar and timeline to indicate when you start your next round of birth control.
  • Chat with a health educator — text with one of our health educators to get answers to all of your sexual and reproductive health questions.
  • Support for 21-day pill users
